He was responsive, efficient, he would chase up with being asked and always got a quick response to any questions that I had for the seller. When we initially started considering selling a few years ago, Anita was immediately at our disposal online & via Teams/Zoom to give a very honest & frank view of the market overall & any potential selling price of the property.  This was always approached with zero pressure & complete honesty.

Once we finally made the decision to sell, Anita & Morad stepped up & prepared the marketing of the house, leaving no gaps whatsoever.  The fact an offer was received within four days of the listing going live can only be testament to their ability to pre-promote & stir interest ahead of time.

We have just sold our flat via Bourne Prestige, our second experience of working with Morad, and like the first, the service was excellent.  We've never known a better estate agent.

We 100% recommend their service - our experience is that they work hard for both seller and buyer to achieve timely completion of each transaction.

Morad is professional, efficient and friendly.  The initial prospective buyer unfortunately pulled out after several weeks which was a set-back for us. But Morad swiftly arranged new viewings, with immediate nterest and another offer for us extremely quickly.
He supported us with clear feedback throughout and made sure we, the buyer and both parties' solicitors were kept well-informed and on track.
